Dr Buttars is a native of Cache Valley.  Graduated Utah State University.  Graduated from Samuel Merritt University with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in the Bay Area.   Completed surgical residency from Providence Cedars-Sinai -Tarzana Medical Center in Southern California.  Employed by Kaiser Permanente as a reconstructive surgeon/traumatologist and Sports Med.  Resident Liaison.

Dr Buttars is double board certified and a fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons.

In his spare time, Dr Buttars can be found enjoying the outdoors with his children, involved in community service or doing DIY projects.
